About Us

Able Foundation is a non for Profit Company, and registered charity working in Greater London with adults with learning disabilities.

We are committed to developing our members, staff, volunteers and trustees to help develop and deliver services that are creative, inclusive, empowering, give more choice and control to our members.

We work in partnership with other forward thinking, and people centred organisations. We communicate openly and listen to our members, their families, friends and carers, our staff and trustees, commissioners, health and social care professionals and partners.

Able Foundation was founded by four passionate individuals, who among them had over forty years of work experience in housing, health and social care sector. These individuals came together to tackle the unemployment, poor housing, social exclusion, poor health and poor economic well-being which culminates to poor quality of life among disadvantaged, excluded, marginalised and vulnerable adults with learning disabilities.
