We have partnered with Discover Adventure, to allow you the opportunity to trek, bike rides, mountain climbs, rafting, skydiving, dog sledding and community challenge in over 30 countries in the world, whilst also raising fund for Able Foundation.
We have partnered with Discover Adventure, to allow you the opportunity to trek, bike rides, mountain climbs, rafting, skydiving, dog sledding and community challenge in over 30 countries in the world, whilst also raising fund for Able Foundation.
Able Foundation is a charity that is dedicated to improving the life of people with learning disabilities – we provide opportunity, choice and specialist wellbeing supports to people with learning disability; to find and keep work, live in house of choice, live healthy , and learn skills that leads to greater control of their own life.
Your fundraising donation makes a significant difference to the lives of people with learning disabilities that we support, and below are few examples of how we use the fund you have helped raised.
| £25 – Help us to provide and teach I.T skills for people with learning disabilities |
| £50 – Pay for support staff to provide cooking workshop |
| £100 – Pay for 2hours of steel pans and music therapy |
| £200 – Pay for two sessions of multi sports |
| £500 – Help us to train volunteers that will provide travel training, in work support, weekend support etc |
| £1000 – Help us to provide decent house though private renting scheme |
| £2000 – Help us to continue our work of leaving a lasting impact in the lives of people with learning disabilities and the local community at large |
| £2500 – Part fund our annual Christmas daycentre and isolation support project |
